Epic Nano Water Filter Dispenser is the first pitcher designed to remove up to 99.999% of all tap water contaminants including bacteria, giardia, cryptosporidium, and viruses.
With all the talk about viruses, disease and death these days, have you ever wondered about the water you drink? Is your tap water or well water as clean as it looks? Just because you can’t see the microscopic bacteria or chemicals, doesn’t mean they’re not there. And with the Mayo Clinic’s guideline recommending around eight cups of water per day. Wouldn’t it be nice to know you’re not getting sick by drinking contaminated tap water. Epic Water Filters began its mission in 2015 to reduce plastic bottles by manufacturing reusable filtered bottles. Now they’re on a mission to bring clean drinking water into your home.

Their Mission:
“It’s now clear that developed countries are the worst offenders of single-use plastic bottle pollution as the citizens of these countries do not trust the quality of their municipal water, primarily due to industrial and agricultural pollutants. The truth is that bottled water isn’t good for our bodies, our wallets, or for the planet. The faster the world realizes this–the better.” ~epicwaterfilters
Designed primarily for home use, the Epic Nano Water Filter Dispenser is easily filled through a sliding top-side opening with a faucet. Place the dispenser on the counter for room temperature drinking water or in the refrigerator for chilled water. The design is beautifully simple. Lack of complexity keep costs low at only $69 for the Nano Water Dispenser. And about $36 for the easily replaceable Nano filters. Filters will last several months depending on use. Plus you can save 20% on replacement filters for joining their subscription based Clean Water Club.
“The Epic Nano Dispenser includes one (1) Nano Filter that has an average life of around 3 to 4 months. Filter life varies based on your average daily use and the quality of your municipal tap water. If your tap water is relatively heavily contaminated, your filter works harder to keep your water clean, which will decrease the life of the filter.”
Final thoughts:
Our family has been using the Epic Nano Water Filter Dispenser for a couple weeks now. And I can say it’s been providing crystal clean drinking water and is super simple to use. Filling takes seconds via the top mounted fill port. And before long, the water has completely percolated through the Nano filter into the drinking basin. All while the fridge is cooling the water. The dispenser measures only 12″ x 9″ x 8″ and fits nicely on the main shelf inside the fridge. Finally, I plan to bring it camping this summer. To test its functionality in a more austere condition than the home.
About Epic Water Filters:
“It started with developing a bottle with a robust filter in it, so people in countries with poor water quality could drink that water without getting sick, at the same time reducing the need for single-use plastic water bottles in those countries. With Flint, Michigan making international headlines in 2015 with its massive and unimaginable water pollution crisis, it became apparent that it was not just developing countries that had water quality problems.” ~epicwaterfilters.com
