For this fitness article, we’re going to take a look at an old-school GORUCK PT challenge. Even if you don’t have a GORUCK pack and weight plate, you can use a pack you already have, throw some weight in it, and take on this challenge. This workout does not take too long and is actually fun to do, especially with another person. The total distance of the workout is 3 miles, but every half mile stop and perform the following exercises.
- 25 four count flutter kicks (my favorite ab exercise)
- 10 overhead walking lunges
- 10 thrusters
- 25 push-ups (I added this to the workout)
